General Terms and Conditions of Sale (Consumers)
These Terms govern purchases made by consumers on the website babyprom.com (“Site”) operated by Matriosca di Shynkarenko Liliya (“Seller”, “we”).

1. Scope
1.1. These Terms apply to distance contracts concluded with consumers (natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession) under Italian and applicable EU consumer law.
1.2. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Conclusion of contract
2.1. Product information on the Site is an invitation to treat. Your order is an offer. The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation by email or when we dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first under our internal process.
2.2. We may refuse orders (e.g. unavailability, obvious errors in price/description, fraud risk). In such cases you will be notified and any payment will be refunded.
3. Prices, taxes and payment
3.1. Prices are shown on the Site and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are shown before checkout.
3.2. Payment methods (e.g. card via Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer) are those offered at checkout. Payment is processed by secure third-party providers; we do not store full card data.

4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery times and methods are described in Shipping and Payment. Times are estimates unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed.
4.2. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address indicated or to the carrier you chose, in accordance with applicable rules.
5. Legal guarantee and commercial warranty
5.1. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for goods under EU/Italian law. Any commercial warranty is without prejudice to statutory rights.
6. Right of withdrawal
6.1. If you are a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days from receiving the goods, subject to statutory exceptions (e.g. sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene or health protection). Full procedure: Returns and Withdrawal.
7. Liability
7.1. We are liable in accordance with mandatory law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for slight negligence is limited to typical, foreseeable damage.
8. Intellectual property
8.1. Content of the Site (texts, graphics, logos) is protected. You may not copy or exploit it without consent.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
9.1. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected. For any additional contractual matters, Italian law applies.
9.2. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence or domicile, or in Italy as permitted by EU rules.
10. Online dispute resolution (ODR)
10.1. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10.2. We are not obliged to participate in consumer arbitration before an alternative dispute resolution body, but we are required to inform you of the ODR platform under Directive 2013/11/EU. You remain free to contact us at babypromtoy@gmail.com to seek an amicable solution.
11. Amendments
11.1. We may update these Terms; the version published on the Site at the time of your order applies.
