Right of Withdrawal and Returns Policy
You may submit your withdrawal declaration via our digital form (EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Italian Consumer Code where applicable). You will receive an immediate confirmation email on a durable medium.
1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
1.1. You may withdraw from the sales contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving reasons (EU/Italian Consumer Code).
1.2. You have a further 14 days from notifying us to send the goods back.
1.3. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.
1.4. Refunds are made within 14 days using the original payment method and may be withheld until goods or proof of shipment is received.
2. Digital withdrawal button
On your order page you will find a clearly visible button to withdraw within the legal period after delivery.
3. Exceptions (Art. 59)
- customised or personalised goods;
- perishable goods;
- sealed hygiene/health products if unsealed after delivery;
- digital content started with your consent;
- goods inseparably mixed after delivery.
